You’ll receive a personalized route featuring charming spots tailored to your preferences in Spain.
If I believe another town or neighborhood better aligns with your wishes, we’ll discuss it together, and I’ll include it in the route plan.
For example, a village that seems quiet and deserted during the day may turn out to be lively and vibrant at another time.
Ultimately, you decide which route to follow. Consider it a collection of tips and tricks based on local experience.
We live on the northern Costa Blanca. If you’re searching between Valencia and Cartagena, you’re in the right place. In areas where I don’t yet have sufficient local expertise, I collaborate closely with a trusted real estate agent from my network. We’ll discuss this during the intake.

In addition to a lawyer, it may be helpful to request a structural inspection. We work with proven experts for these services.
Once the offer and terms are agreed upon, the lawyer can get to work. We collaborate with reliable and highly experienced parties.
After the purchase, I’ll assist you to ensure everything proceeds smoothly—especially during those critical moments when details must not be overlooked.
Before the transfer at the notary, it’s essential to conduct a final inspection. This ensures that everything you’ve purchased and agreed upon is still present on the day of the official transfer.
If everything checks out, the signature can be placed at the notary, and together, through a smooth and enjoyable process, we’ll have achieved your dream.
